Scope

This notice is separate from the Privacy Policy. It describes care-related information in UU Organized, operated by Insight Media Group LLC d/b/a UU Organized, in plainer operational terms. It does not say that a particular state statute applies. That decision belongs to counsel. The Terms of Service explain that the product is an organizational tool and not a healthcare provider.

What this notice means by consumer health and care-related data

For this notice, consumer health and care-related data means information you or a workspace member enter about caregiving that could describe someone’s health, body, care, or benefits. UU Organized uses it to organize and coordinate. It does not use it to diagnose, prescribe, or decide a dose. Calling it care-related data in this notice is not a legal conclusion about which law applies.

Categories

  • Medication name, instructions, schedule, refill notes, prescriber, pharmacy, and reference numbers.
  • Appointments, providers, location, purpose, transportation, and coverage of a visit.
  • Notes, observations, and Know Their Normal.
  • Monthly care reviews and timeline summaries.
  • Calls, Waiting On items, follow-ups, equipment, services, and applications, including eligibility and case numbers when you enter them.
  • Handoffs and workspace messages about care.
  • Documents and photos you upload, including label or package photos you choose to keep, and an optional photo of the person you care for.

The app does not have a date-of-birth field. It does not collect this information from a clinic, insurer, or pharmacy feed.

Sources

The sources are the account holder, people they invite into the workspace, files they upload, and text, audio, or images they submit to an AI feature. An adult account holder may enter this information about a minor when they are a parent, a legal guardian, a caregiver, or otherwise authorized to provide and manage it. The account holder must be at least 18. The person being cared for may be under 18. UU Organized does not verify that authority. Care Contacts do not send data into the app by being listed. There is no automatic import from a medical record system.

Purposes

  • Keep medications, visits, supplies, documents, and follow-ups in one workspace.
  • Remind members who are allowed to see that person.
  • Let People Helping coordinate, including Who’s got this? and handoffs.
  • Answer Ask UUO and prepare drafts from records the person can already see.
  • Apply plan limits and store files.

How it is used

Care-related data is shown inside the workspace to people whose role and recipient access allow it. It can be included in a reminder title. It can be sent to an AI service provider when you use an AI feature, as the Privacy Policy describes. UU Organized does not sell consumer health or care-related data. It does not use that data for targeted behavioral advertising. It is not used to make a clinical decision for you. Not selling this data does not mean it is never shared.

Workspace sharing

The Workspace Owner, Admins, Caregivers, Helpers, and Viewers see care-related data only as their role and recipient scope allow. A Helper who can see a person can read that person’s care records and cannot edit them. Invited members do not need their own subscription to see what they are allowed to see. Removing a member stops future access. It does not erase history.

Processors and service providers

Categories that can process care-related data are: application hosting, database and file storage, authentication, email delivery of titles and links, scheduled reminder jobs, and, when you use an AI feature and a provider is connected, that AI provider. Billing analytics, if enabled, are not sent care-record contents. Error monitoring, if enabled, is not intended to receive a care record, and perfect scrubbing is not promised.

Named providers that the app is built to use are Vercel, Supabase, Stripe, Resend, and Inngest. PostHog and Sentry are optional and off unless configured. An AI provider is not named until one is configured.

AI processing

When you use an AI feature, the content that feature needs is sent to an AI service provider. UU Organized has not named that provider, because a production provider is not selected yet. A production provider may be used only under business or API terms that keep customer content from being used to train general or public models, keep retention minimized to the shortest practical period the provider offers, include appropriate data-processing terms, use encryption in transit, identify subprocessors, provide deletion controls where the provider offers them, and exclude behavioral advertising and independent profiling of UU Organized users or the people they care for. This policy does not claim that the provider retains nothing. The provider name and the retention the contract actually provides will be added when that provider is selected. Ask UUO answers are kept in the browser tab, not in an Ask database. Some AI sessions keep the text you submitted and a proposal or appointment-prep draft until a retention rule exists. Audio is not stored by the app after transcription processing. You confirm before Quick Capture or label reading writes a care record. A drafted message is not sent until a person sends it.

Access and correction

People who can see a record can open it in the app and, if their role allows, edit it. Printable pages on plans that include them are a partial view of one person, not a full copy of care-related data. There is no complete export.

Deletion as it works today

  • You can delete some individual records, such as a note, an observation, a document file, or a saved photo.
  • Archiving a person or a document is not deletion.
  • Hiding a message can leave the text stored.
  • A timeline row can remain after the note it describes is deleted.
  • Account deletion and workspace deletion are not available as self-service controls.
  • Canceling a subscription does not delete care-related data.
  • Email privacy@uuorganized.com to request deletion or other privacy help. That request is not an automatic deletion, and some information may be kept where the law or the operation of the service requires it.
  • Notification records in a finished state are deleted after 90 days. Care records are not deleted with them.
  • AI sessions do not have an automatic deletion schedule.

Privacy requests

There is no in-app privacy-request form. Email privacy@uuorganized.com to request access, correction, deletion, or another privacy right that applies to you. UU Organized does not promise a specific number of days to finish a request. The controls that exist in the app are described above and on Settings → Privacy & Data.

Consent and acknowledgment

Before an account is created, you agree to the Terms of Service and acknowledge that you have read the Privacy Policy and this notice. Email and Google signup use the same requirement. The app records the versions and the time. It does not record an acknowledgment you did not make, and it does not fill one in for accounts that already existed.

This acknowledgment is not a medical authorization, and it is not a statement that a specific health-privacy statute has been selected. If counsel later requires a separate authorization, that step will be added on its own. It will not be hidden in unrelated fine print.

Appeals

Pending attorney review. This notice does not describe a dedicated appeal portal, a deadline, or a particular state appeal right. To ask for a further review of a privacy decision, email privacy@uuorganized.com. Whether an appeal right applies is for counsel.

Changes

The version of this notice is 2026-10-08. A material change uses a new version. The copy on this page is the working text for that version. Older acknowledgments stay attached to the version that was acknowledged.
