Privacy Policy

Your account uses your name, email, and sign-in method. Care records are stored for the workspace they belong to and are shown only to members allowed to see that care recipient.

Invitation emails include who invited you, the workspace name, the role, and when the link expires. They do not include care details.

Documents stay private. A download is allowed only after the server checks that you can still see that care recipient.

This is a practical privacy notice for the app, not a claim that the product is a medical record system.
